(1) Brothers, if you should detect a man among you who is sinning, you who are spiritual restore this one in a spirit of humility, keeping an eye on yourself lest you [fall into] sin also. (2) Bear one another's burdens and so you shall fulfill the law of Messiah. (3) For if someone thinks he is something (while being nothing) he deceives himself. (4) Let each one examine his own work and then the occasion for boasting is for his work alone and not in [the work of] others. (5) Each one, therefore, should bear his own load. (6) To the one receiving instruction in the word, let him share all good things with the one teaching it. (7) Lest you be deceived, God will not be mocked. For what a man sows, this he will also reap. (8) This is because the one who continually sows in the flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who is continually sowing in the Spirit will, from the Spirit, reap everlasting life. (9) We must not grow weary in doing what is good, for in the appointed season we will reap a harvest, if we don't give up. (10) When we have opportunity, we should be working for the good of everyone, most of all for those among the members of the household of The Faith. (11) See how I am writing my greeting in such large letters. (12) There are those who want to make a good showing in the flesh; they urge you to be circumcised, only that they not be persecuted for the cross of Messiah. (13) For not even the circumcised are keeping the Law, but they want you to be circumcised in order that they may boast in your flesh. (14) But may I not boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus the Messiah, through whom the world has been crucified to me even as I have been crucified to the world. (15) For it is neither circumcision nor uncircumcision . . . but a New Creation! (16) To as many as hold to this rule, peace and mercy be upon them and upon the Israel of God. (17) To me work remains; I show myself nothing, for I bear the marks of Jesus in my body. (18) The grace of our Lord Jesus the Messiah be with your spirit, brothers [and sisters]. Amen.
