1. I lift up my eyes to the mountains; from whence comes my help?
2. My help comes from Yahweh, maker of heaven and earth. 
3. He will not let your foot stumble; He who guards you will not fall asleep on the job.  
4. Behold, He who watches Israel will neither slumber nor sleep!
5. Yahweh is your keeper, Yahweh is the shade of your right hand. 
6. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. 
7. Yahweh will guard you from all evil; He will preserve your life. 
8. Yahweh will guard your comings and goings, now and forever.
